Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation. We carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives safely.

Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)
We ship via PostNL or other reliable carriers. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 3-15 business days.
Note: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

Packaging
Whenever possible, we use recycled and eco-friendly packaging materials in line with our sustainability values. Please do the same and re-use our packaging.

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us at info@thestoriesshop.nl within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
