Elegant vintage Turkish coffee cup set featuring six matching lidded cups and saucers. Each cup has a white porcelain interior, richly decorated silver-tone metalwork with pierced heart and floral motifs, and a fitted lid topped with a classic knob finial.
Unmarked and dating to the late 20th century (circa 1980s - 1990s), this set reflects traditional Ottoman-inspired Turkish metalwork. Sets like this were commonly used to serve Turkish or Arabic coffee and were also popular as decorative pieces or gifts.
Complete matching sets of six in excellent condition are increasingly difficult to find, making this a lovely display piece as well as a functional coffee service.
